Paleo Freezer Fudge

I've been on a "refined sugar-free" diet for quiet awhile now and it's recipes like this that make it super easy to maintain. I make this fudge whenever I have a couple bananas that are getting spotty and I'm too lazy to make a full on banana bread, mug cake, banana brownies... you get the point. Even if you aren't on a sugar free diet, this fudge is bomb, super easy, and totally worth making. Let me know what you think!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil

  • 3 Tbsp collagen powder (optional)

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

  • Pour mix into a bread pan lined with parchment paper.

  • Place pan in freezer for 45-60 minutes OR refrigerate for approximately 4 hours, until it reaches a fudge like consistency.

  • Slice into squares and try not to eat the entire pan in one sitting ;)

There are plenty of ways to expand on this recipe so let me know what you try!
